Transportation - we offer professional transportation available with published rates for most of the popular destinations & excursions. Vehicles will allow for everyone to ride together and have a great time! (feel free to inquire for specifics)
Food/Cook - you have the option of purchasing several chef prepared dishes that include: a main entrée, salad, vegetable side, fresh fruits, and homemade fruit juice. All for $35 per person! (see menu page)

*Property will require guest to use STAIRS.
*Housekeeping service (linen changes etc.) occurs every 4th day per stay.
*Guaranteed booking only after room is paid in full!
REFUNDALBLE deposit 100% if cancellation is received in writing 30 days prior to check-in date.
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY:
If a written request is received to cancel a booking 31 or more days prior to the check-in date a FULL 100% refund will be issued.
Any cancellations received 15 - 30 days prior to your check-in will be issued a 50% refund.
Cancellations received 14 or less days prior to check will receive (0%) NO REFUND.
Your room is only guaranteed after full payment is received.
*Whole house group bookings will be discounted 10% automatically
